Customer

A customer is any person who makes a reservation via this website and provides the required information.

Booking

The customer selects a vehicle, rental dates, and additional services through the website. A reservation is considered completed when the customer:
  • Selects the desired vehicle and options
  • Enters all required personal information
  • Confirms the reservation and payment

Payment

All payments are made online using credit/debit cards.

Accepted cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

The total amount is displayed before payment confirmation. All prices are expressed in BAM (Bosnia and Herzegovina Convertible Mark) and include applicable taxes. The customer agrees to pay the full amount shown at checkout.

Service Delivery

The rental service is provided according to the selected pickup and return location and time.

The customer is responsible for:
  • Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time
  • Presenting valid identification and driving license

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are not met.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the rental start
  • In case of late cancellation, a fee may be charged
  • In case of no-show (customer does not appear), the full amount may be charged

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
  • Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 15 days

Complaints

The customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the service. Complaints can be sent to:

Liability

The Company is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by external factors
  • User-provided incorrect information
  • Circumstances beyond its control

User Responsibilities

The customer confirms that:
  • They meet the minimum age requirement
  • They hold a valid driving license
  • All provided information is accurate

The customer is responsible for any damage, fines, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.

Data Accuracy

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the reservation process.

General

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
